1) The Registration Form for Premier Cup Basketball U17 Competition 2018 was shown. It has to be completed with passport -sized photo of every participant together with Parents’ Approval Letter and Parents’ Request for Early Dismissal for Matches Letter.
2) The participants chosen by our Coach, Mr. Go as shown :-

3) The Chief Adivsor, Pn. Oo Ewe Sim has requested the President Kelly Chan to complete the Registration Form and every participant to submit 2 sets of Letter for Permission from Parents and Letter Requesting for Early Dismissal for Matches on or before 12 March 2018.
