Registration of Form 2 and Form 4 Existing Members and New Members for Basketball Club 2019

A) Session 1.30 – 2.30 p.m.

B) Session 2.30 – 3.05 p.m.

Registering members

C) Information given to the registered members:

1) Time and Place of Training / Meeting :

Every Saturday 2.00-5.00p.m. (except due to unforseen circumstances / school function) in Stadium

2) Must represent school in basketball competitions

3) Wear proper attire

4) Cannot play basketball when there is no Coach / Teacher Advisor

5) Attendance should be at least 80% for members and at least 90% for members holding position

6) Total cumulative demerit should be 24 and below for members holding position.
