(A) Follow-up Action for Poor Attendance
Our Chief Advisor, Puan Oo Ewe Sim briefly informed that 6 out of 17 members have very poor attendance even though they have been given personal verbal advice at least 3 times (outside their respective classroom) and since no improvement in their attendance, Letter of Advice be forwarded to each of them to show to their respective parents for acknowledgement and follow-up actions.
(B) Meeting / Training
1) Our Coach, Mr. Go diligently trained the members. Wherever techniques or skills that required to be improved, Mr. Go would correct them instantly.
2) NBA Reporting has closed. However, Teacher Sarojini Devi still took some photos and a video of the training session

To the 6 members with poor attendance,
I have to give you all these Letter of Advice because you all did not improve your attendance even though I went to your class (one by one) to see you, talk to you, advise you and even request you to improve your attendance.
Please remember to show the Letter of Advice to your parents ….. explain to them (as what I have explained to you) and get it signed. Then, pass the REPLY SLIP to me.
Hope you all will improve your attendance.
