Run and Manage Inter House Basketball Competition 2018 (Day Two)

Date: 10 July 2018

Time: 7.15a.m. to 12.30p.m. and 1.15p.m. to 6.20p.m.

Venue: Stadium

Attendance: 17/17

Attended by: Puan Oo Ewe Sim

1) All members as a team performed their respective duties:

a) Prepare to run and manage the competition with the Competition File, Score Forms, Score Board, 3 whistles, 1 stopwatch and balls.

b) Ensure that the participants were as shown on the Registration Forms.

c) Punctually manage the competition by taking turn to instantly carry out the duties of Referees/ Umpires/ Score Controllers/ Technical.

d) Ensure that injured participants were given first aid immediately.

e) Keep all equipment under the table of Puan Oo Ewe Sim during lunch break (12.30 – 1.15) and in the respective places at the end the Day One Competition.

f) Head of the team complete the Score Form on the Notice Board at the foyer.
