(A) Inter House Basketball Competition 2018
Time Table – Duty Inter House Basketball Competition 2018 (Morning Match start 7.30a.m. and Afternoon Match start 1.45pm.)
1) Our Chief Advisor, Puan Oo Ewe Sim requested Kelly Chan, Tew Ji Qing and Heidi Lee Choon Hee to give clear briefing to all the members to be involved as Referees / Umpires / Score Controllers.
2) Puan Oo Ewe Sim also informed:
i) Each match’s duration is 10 minutes (2 matches in a competition) and hence, total 20 minutes with break of around 10 minutes.
ii) Each house when compete, can only allow one Basketball Club member to participate in a single match (since all our members are considered school players).
iii) Before each competition, the materials below must be taken along to the stadium:

b) Score Forms
c) 3 Whistles
d) 1 Stopwatch
(B) Premier Basketball U15 2018 (in the month of July 2018 – 8 July 2018 till 5 August 2018)
i) Puan Oo Ewe Sim informed that Michelle Chan Yun Mei is being appointed as the Captain of the team and Jerralyn Ng Hui Qi has been appointed to complete the registration form with the chosen participants’ particulars (eg weight, height, jersey number, contact number etc) and to co-manage the team too.
ii) Puan Oo Ewe Sim has already received from all the participants their respective Parents’ Approval Letter and Letter Applying for Permission to Dismiss Early.
iii) Puan Oo Ewe Sim posted below

iv ) All the participants are requested to arrange their own transport to the venue of the competition that is SJK(C) Wen Khai, Batu Maung.
v) All the participants are also required to get their own jersey according to the jersey number reported in the Registration Form.
vi) A well equipped First Aid Box should be taken along to the competition.
(C) Meeting / Training
1) For this training session, our Coach, Mr. Go intensively trained all the members especially those registered to compete in the Premier Basketball Under 15 2018 and those who are involved in the Inter House Basketball Competition 2018. Hence, wherever techniques or skills that required to be improved, Mr. Go would correct them instantly.
2) July Allowance was handed to our Coach, Mr. Go.

As informed by our Chief Advisor, Puan Oo Ewe Sim :
(i) For both days of competition, the morning game will commence at 7.30 a.m. and the afternoon game will commence at 1.45 p.m.
(ii) All members are required to participate as Referees / Umpires / Score Controllers under the supervision of Kelly Chan, Tew Ji Qing and Heidi Lee Choon Hee.
(iii)Participation will be rewarded accordingly.
(C) Meeting / Training

2) Mr. Go also gave one-to-one training to the Form One members except Jerralyn Ng who has been involved in basketball competitions since primary school.
3) Our Chief Advisor, Puan Oo Ewe Sim commented that the attendance was extremely poor and requested all members to be present in the coming (and the future) training/meeting through face-to-face instruction and through posting in our Whatsapp Group.

(B) Inter House Basketball Competition 2018 on 9 & 10 July 2018 at Stadium
Later, our Chief Advisor Puan Oo Ewe Sim informed the members that the Inter House Basketball Competition 2018 will be held on 9 and 10 July 2018 at the Stadium. Hence, our President Kely Chan together with Tew Ji Qing and Heidi Lee will be managing the competition and all the members will be involved as Referees / Umpires / ScoreBoard Controller. For this, Puan Oo requested for a Duty List to be planned and be posted in our whatapp group before 24 June 2018. Puan Oo also informed that co-curriculum marks will be awarded to all those who render their service.

(B) NBA Training on Friday 1 June 2018 (from 9.30 till 11.30 a.m.)
Our President Kelly Chan and Secretary Tew Ji Qing informed the members that on Friday 1 June 2018 (from 9.30 till 11.30 a.m.), NBA Trainer (foreigner) will be holding a Training Session. Hence, all our members are being invited to assist and facilitate the training session. As informed by our Chief Advisor, Puan Oo Ewe Sim, co-curriculum marks will be awared to those involved.
